We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Returns

You may return any ellie & sam product not marked “Final Sale” within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
