We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your destination. At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

If you need to make a return, you may send back any ellie & sam product not marked “Final Sale” within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Products must be free from stains, odors, or damage to be eligible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To begin a return, please contact us at CustomerService@ellieandsam.com and allow up to 48 hours for a response from our team.
